You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the FreeAFrame platform without the prior written permission of FreeAFrame or its licensors.

FreeAFrame takes copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your work has been infringed on the FreeAFrame platform, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to FreeAFrame. To be effective, the notice must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit FreeAFrame to contact the complaining party

• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

FreeAFrame has adopted the following DMCA policy:

• FreeAFrame will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices
• FreeAFrame will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers
• FreeAFrame will provide a clear and conspicuous notice on its platform that it is a repeat infringer policy
