License Information

1. Definitions

• Creator means the individual or entity that uploads content to the FreeAFrame platform.
• Content means the photographs, images, and other visual materials uploaded by Creators to the FreeAFrame platform.
• User or Buyer means the individual or entity that downloads or purchases Content from the FreeAFrame platform.
• Platform means the FreeAFrame website and its associated services.

2. Creator License Grant

By uploading Content to the FreeAFrame platform, the Creator grants to FreeAFrame a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content.

The Creator acknowledges that upon uploading Content to the FreeAFrame platform, they transfer all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content to FreeAFrame, and FreeAFrame shall have full control over the Content.

3. User License

Subject to the terms and conditions of these License Terms, FreeAFrame grants to the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content downloaded or purchased from the FreeAFrame platform.

• Use images for personal or commercial projects
• Use images in digital or print media

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use images in a manner that is defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy
• Use images in a manner that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
• Use images in a manner that infringes on the rights of others
• Resell or redistribute images as standalone products
• Claim ownership of the original image
• Use images in trademark or logo designs
• Use images for sensitive or controversial content

5. Additional Terms

• The User is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The User acknowledges that the Content is licensed, not sold, and that FreeAFrame retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content.

6. Indemnification

The Creator and User agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeAFrame, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to their use of the FreeAFrame platform.

7. Governing Law

These License Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Changes to License Terms

FreeAFrame reserves the right to modify or update these License Terms at any time, without notice.
